Jacycle 1 Report post Posted May 2, 2018 Running version 11 on Surface Pro running current Windows 10 using a Surface pen. Submitted a question in February when Pencil became increasingly unreliable, without any responses. Now, the pencil menu item has ceased allowing any drawing in pdfs. I get the cursor (the little +), but all the pen can do is move the document around in the window. No notes or other drawing. I cannot use a finger tip with any different results. Suggestiona?
