Patrick Hasbani Posted May 3, 2018 Report Share Posted May 3, 2018 Hello Team, We've recently replaced 3 dead laptops and now we cannot activate Nitro 10 Pro on the new machines. We've opened a support ticket yesterday about one of the computers but we haven't heard anything back yet. The ticket number is #00167941 and on this specific case we have a license available but the computer keeps rejecting activation with the error -23. The installation ID of this computer is 00000000000000000000179669211194. Please HELP! Apart from the case number above, we still need to release 3 licenses from the dead computers. Please help us...
