Problems activating after Laptop crashed

I am having problems activating Nitro Pro v11 after my laptop crashed. I have followed the instructions in the Knowledge Base and now I can not enter my serial number. What should I do next? I have submitted support request to no avail. Help please

Thank you for your response. I have replied to your requests. So once again my problem is I can not activate after my laptop crashed.
