Incorrect emails

Hi is there any way we know that an email has not bounced back due to an incorrect address or been delivered?  What are the chances of a sign request going to spam?

Please do check your Spam folder a sit is a possibility the email landed there. What exact email is it you are waiting for, so I can check for it in our system.

I've sent a few clients emails of documents for signing, but usually it says xxxx has viewed the document , xxxx has signed the document, but with these I have had nothing.  Do you mean my spam in my normal email (gmail) account?

Thanks for clarifying! Yes please check the SPAM folder in your email account that is associated with your Nitro Cloud account, if you haven't done so already.
