When I install and activate my Nitro Pro 11 in my new device, it says -23: Error - License number already used. How can I deactivated the Nitro in my old device? You can self-manage your Nitro Pro licenses in our Account Portal: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal Simply enter you serial number and click the 'Find license' button.
