Reactivation failed for Nitro Pro 11

My laptop has a screen problem and I sent for repair. But the supplier decided to replace to a new device. When I install and activate my Nitro Pro 11 in my new device, it says -23: Error - License number already used.

How can I deactivated the Nitro in my old device?

You can self-manage your Nitro Pro licenses in our Account Portal: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

Simply enter you serial number and click the 'Find license' button.

Hi @Laura L.,

Thank you for your help.

Yesterday one of the Customer Success and Support Representative made changes to my serial number and they told to activate again. And it solved my problem.
