bbuchan8 0 Report post Posted May 22, 2018 Hi, After doing a recent Windows 10 update on my laptop it has lost the activation for Nitro Pro and now it is saying it is back in a trial period. When I try to reactivate using the original information it comes up with Error -3: Bad unlock code. I can see that it seems my Installation ID and Computer ID have changed from what was originally activated. I've also tried using the License Portal but it keeps saying invalid serial number.
