Andycambsuk 0 Report post Posted May 25, 2018 If I click on the Nitro PDF tab in Office 365 applications, then the menu bar is completely blank? I've check the add-ins on Office and they're ok. Steven Zakulec 60 Report post Posted May 29, 2018 If the add-ins aren't marked as Disabled (sounds like they aren't), here's something else you can try to get in add-ins reinstalled: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001584 It means the PDF printer, but the Office addins are in the same tool. Incidentally, the 'premium' support which I paid for, only came back after three days and I'd chased them with a less than useful suggestion which I could have read myself. You purchased Software Assurance/Premium Support same day but after submitting a support case so that particular case never received Premium Support. I hope that makes sense.
