Internal Error in Module

Recommended Posts

Steve Carter

A few months ago Nitro Pro 11 began crashing every time I try to print to Nitro Pro, with the same error on all three machines where I use Nitro Pro. These are all Win10 x64 machines but with completely different hardware.

I would have inserted an image with the error message, but your UI doesn't offer any way to do that. So I'll try to type it:

Internal Error in Module unknown at 00007FFA2421AA2E.
Base Address is 0000000000000000.
Reason is c0000005.

I've been working around this by using Microsoft print to PDF, but I'm tired of having Nitro Pro not working, so would like to solve this.

Are you on the latest version of Nitro 11? (11.0.7.425) Upgrading to a later release might help; here's a link for that: https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloads

If you're on that version, or don't want to upgrade, here's how to repair Nitro (http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001641 ) and to reinstall the PDF printer (http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001584 ).

Hopefully that helps.
