Application not working

Hi 

I am using Nitro Pro portable version 11.0.6.326   though  it works fine on other PC's it's not working on my PC and gives an error message The application has encountered an error , the operation was cancelled by the user (0x800704c7) please contact publisher of this application for more information. I have tried to run this application with clean boot, disabling the anti virus software  and still getting  the same message 

Appreciate some help to fix this.
