SanMateo Posted May 30, 2018 Report Share Posted May 30, 2018 Hello, we are trying to deploy Nitro Pro on a few of our computers, we are getting -23 error and computer ID shows a bunch of zeros. i once contacted support about this but now all my emails go unanswered. is there a workaround? this is on fresh windows 10 installs on both Lenovo laptops and HP laptops. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I even uninstall the software from old PC but still failed. In Nitro licensing portal, it is still shown all licenses activated. Pls advice. I have a single key for 39 installs, and even though I have 10 activations available, I am getting error -23 - License number already used on several computers.
