Activation Error -23

Hello,

we are trying to deploy Nitro Pro on a few of our computers, we are getting -23 error and computer ID shows a bunch of zeros. i once contacted support about this but now all my emails go unanswered.

is there a workaround?

this is on fresh windows 10 installs on both Lenovo laptops and HP laptops.

I have a made a change to your serial key and the activation should now be successful.

Hi, I having problem activating my Nitro Pro 10 license after deactivated from old PC.

I even uninstall the software from old PC but still failed.

In Nitro licensing portal, it is still shown all licenses activated. 

Pls advice.

I have made some changes on my end for you to be able to successfully activate. Please try to activate again using the same serial numbe and let me know how it works for you.

Hi, I am also having a similar problem.  I have a single key for 39 installs, and even though I have 10 activations available, I am getting error -23 - License number already used on several computers.
