A couple of queries

Hi there

We originally tried Nitro on the recommendation of our IT support.  There are a few questions we have before proceeding with a purchase:

1 - On the trail we have, page rotation does not work for printing pages both landscape and portrait within a single document - landscape are being printed as portrait, I did some research & found that this was an issue you were going to resolve in the next update - has this been done?

2 - We are buying Nitro for the desktops in our office but we also have work laptops for working at home - would we require separate licences for different hardware or is it "user" based?

3 - When sending emails to a client, they responded that that were unable to open the document - could there be a reason for this?  A separate client received a warning on Word PDF - again do you have any ideas as to what could be causing these issues?

4 - Finally, are there any hidden cost once the one off payment has been made or do the upgrades need to be purchased each time?

1 - Yes, this issue has been fixed with our latest update and the fix will also be included in Nitro Pro 12 which will be released next month. 

2 - Licenses are user-based which means that each user can activate their license on up to 2 personal devices. Would you be interested in our Business model (11 or more licenses) or just an Individual & Team license? More info here: https://www.gonitro.com/pricing

3 - This one could depend on a number of different factors but if you could PM me a copy of the affected file I can test it. I'd also recommend our Knowledge Base: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase

4 -  If you purchase our software with Software Assurance this will entitle you to a free upgrade for our next release. Without Software Assurance you would need to pay for the upgrade but may be entitled to a discount depending on what version you are on. Updates for the same version (e.g. 11.0.3.173 to 11.0.7.425) are free of cost.

Hi Laura

We are looking for a Team License, up to 8 devices but 4 users currently.

Would we need to purchase Software Assurance for each user or does it cover a Team License as a whole?  Is this a one off fee or does it need to be purchased each year? How much is the Software Assurance?
