There are a few questions we have before proceeding with a purchase: 1 - On the trail we have, page rotation does not work for printing pages both landscape and portrait within a single document - landscape are being printed as portrait, I did some research & found that this was an issue you were going to resolve in the next update - has this been done? 2 - We are buying Nitro for the desktops in our office but we also have work laptops for working at home - would we require separate licences for different hardware or is it "user" based? 3 - When sending emails to a client, they responded that that were unable to open the document - could there be a reason for this? A separate client received a warning on Word PDF - again do you have any ideas as to what could be causing these issues? 4 - Finally, are there any hidden cost once the one off payment has been made or do the upgrades need to be purchased each time? Would you be interested in our Business model (11 or more licenses) or just an Individual & Team license? I'd also recommend our Knowledge Base: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase 4 - If you purchase our software with Software Assurance this will entitle you to a free upgrade for our next release. Without Software Assurance you would need to pay for the upgrade but may be entitled to a discount depending on what version you are on. Would we need to purchase Software Assurance for each user or does it cover a Team License as a whole? Is this a one off fee or does it need to be purchased each year?
