I have the same issue.  The link just opens a blank page and nothing downloads.

Would be nice if Cleverbridge would send out a new link.  They are pretty much useless when it comes to help.

Same problem.  I received a link via Cleverbridge to download version 12 and the link does not work.  Tried different browsers, contacted customer service (no real service provided) and still no software.
