Transfer nitro pro to new laptop

Hi, my old laptog died so i deactivate nitro pro license than try download and recativate it on the new laptop but something wrong with installation.

New laptop use windos 10 last version.

What exactly happens when you try to install Nitro Pro? Please attach a screenshot of any error messages you see.

Please also make sure you have downloaded the correct installer which you can get here: https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloads

thanks for your reply. 

Here enclose screenshot of the installation error URL . I try to download pior installer version of Nitro pro 11 but no way, same problem.
