Microsoft update problems

Hello everybody.

I just updated microsoft win10 and after that all my printers are gone and Nitro also is not working. It says it is not connected. I uninstalled and reinstalled and activated new but it does not connect to any of the programs to print PDF. Anybody can help with this.

Please completely uninstall Nitro Pro and then reboot.

When your system is back up, close all of your open applications and install Nitro Pro 11 (11.0.7.425) from the page I have provided below:

Hello Leslie, thanks for the advice. I followed every step and it did not work. When I go into my printers I can see now Nitro Pro 11 but it says it is not connected and I can't find a way to connect. I get the message from windows that it can't print due to a printer setup error.

I will try to restore my old windows before and see if it starts working again because I don't like it when MS is doing things like this. Not everybody is a computer guru and can do all the little tricks. I just want that the programs work when I paid for it.
