Nitro pro 11 problems after Microsoft update

I'm still trying to make it work and I found this

Maybe somebody can help with this info.

I also looked to upgrade to Pro12 but I get an error message.  There's been an error with your submission. Please head to our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

I have the same problem when I tried to upgrade from Nitro 11 to Nitro 12.

I got the same message: "There's been an error with...."

What do I have to do to upgrade?
