Uninstall Nitro Pro 11.0.7.425

Hi Nitro,

Just like other parallel topics in this thread, I am having issues uninstalling Nitro Pro 11.0.7.425.

Recently I received a new link to version 12 and was planning to do a clean install.

Unfortunately, I am getting the same error message "Setup Wizard Has Failed."

Running http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip or https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed did not work.

Windows 10 1803.

I received your email.

I do have Office (Word) installed, but I am a subscriber - Office 365.

There is no standalone application. The version I have came from Microsoft Store - Word 2016
