TypeError: f is null error

hello all, i have a user here at work who was sent a pdf file that opens fine in adobe but when opened in nitro gets the error on every page TypeError: f is null does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

Hi @ironsniper1,

Thanks for using the Community toi reach out to us. 

This error appears to mean that one or more of the fields that you've specified for one of the built-in calculation methods for a field does not exist. You may have renamed a field after you set up the calculation. 

How was this specific document created? Are more documents showing this error message?

i do not know how it was created as it was created from a different company that was then sent to the user here in our office, i would post it, so it could be submitted but i cannot due to hipaa
