Nitro Pro 9 - Red blocks appearing on PDF's

PLEASE HELP ME!! All of a sudden today, all PDF's that I open or convert on Nitro have red block lines on the documents. How can I get rid of the lines/blocks?

I must send legal documents today but I cannot send them with the red blocks.

I'm not entirely sure, but it sounds like you have annotations on- you can check this by clicking on the yellow speech icon that says Comments on the lower left hand corner.

You can then delete any of the red lines from here.
