JTHouston 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2018 Whenever I click the "Printer Properties" for one of my printers before I print, it causes Nitro to crash before ever opening the Printer Properties dialogue box. I have no issues using the "Printer Properties" button for this printer with any other program, including Adobe Reader. I have Nitro Pro 12.0.0.108, but I've had the same problem ever since I first purchased Nitro starting with version 11. However, when I had 11, I wasn't able to reopen Nitro after it crashed, I would have to restart my computer. Now at least I'm able to reopen Nitro. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
