msmorrell Posted June 6, 2018 Report Share Posted June 6, 2018 I successfully upgraded from nitro pro 11 to np12 for free using software upgrade assurance i purchased when i bought np11. Now i am stuck with a trial mode and the software will not accept my serial number. I went to "solve your activation issues" and deactivated as prompted. It didn't work.
