eScopeMgr Posted June 7, 2018 Report Share Posted June 7, 2018 In a single order I purchased three Pro 11 licenses in the past with Software Assurance. Just recently, I received a Pro 12 upgrade invitation email with a link to the "check eligibility' processor. I successfully upgraded the 1st serial number to Pro 12 and received a confirmation email. However the second & third S/N's failed the validation check. Is this normal? Is the procedure that I use the 1st Pro 12 license to activate all 3 seats? Or do I need a new S/N for the 2nd and 3rd seats? Please tell me how to proceed. Thank you kindly for your assistance.
