Just upgraded to Nitro 12, I have nitro documents on my Desktop display, and before the upgrade they used to show a picture of the content, like i have a world Map and the document on the desktop would actually show the image and a little nitro logo on bottom right corner, now all my Nitro Documents just show a white rectangle with the Nitro Logo, can i change this back somehow ? I did indeed contact support but the problem resolved itself before a reply came, so i told them to forget it I did nothing before and it fixed itself, but now back again :) Trying to contact support now again but for some reason wont let me ?
