I do have two licences and have acquired software assurance ( Upgrade) for both the licences. On 30/05/2018, I received email from  Cleverbridge, providing link to download and install upgraded version of Nitro Pro. But Both the Links were not working. I could not download the software, not to mention of installing the same. Is there any help possible?
