Why do I get this "Installation ended prematurely because of an error"

Hi @Ganma,

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums!

Are you installing the trial on a brand new computer?  Kindly try the following:

1. Make sure MS Office is already installed on your machine before running the installation.

2. If it's already installed, run a repair of your MS Office (Setting > Apps or Control Panel > Programs and Features) and run NET Framework Repair Tool. You can download this tool from this page:https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=30135

3. Please use the following alternative links to install Nitro Pro 11 trial:
 
32-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/pro11/en/retail/nitro_pro11.exe
64-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/pro11/en/retail/nitro_pro11_x64.exe

I get this error too.  I have tried both 64 and 32 bit.  Downloaded Nitro Pro 11 from several different places including the links above.  I have verified my license and I unchecked the option to add Nitro Pro to the Word toolbar.

Still, get the error.  This is a new computer installed.  I have two activations on my license and only one is being used.

Please use the Microsoft Fixit tool before trying to install the program.

If the issue persists, please file a support ticket here and don't forget to provide your license/serial number.

Yep... way ahead of ya buddy!  Tried that fixit tool and it didn't even have anything for Nitro on it.  Remember, this is a NEW COMPUTER.  I'll submit a ticket.

Not quite sure I understand.  You gave me a link to submit a ticket.  But that link takes me back to square one.  And now I am back here.

Apparently, support OTHER THAN this forum is only available to customers with Nitro VIP Access.
So, how do I get support past this forum?

I input my license #, but it takes me around in circles.
