Install Nitro 12 on laptop

Hi,

I've installed Nitro Pro 12 on my desktop, but want to be able to use it on my laptop when I'm away from my desk. When I try to install on my laptop I get a message saying it's unable to verify my serial number. Can you help with this, please?
