Nitro pro 11 error converting to PDF from office 365 on win 10

Hello,

while trying to convert to PDF Word Document I  am receiving an error massage while trying to convert word documents to PDF, when I use the Nitro Pro Add In Tab on MS WORD i receive "An unknown error occurred"

when right clicking on file and trying to convert i receive " the creation process encountered an error and failed to create the pdf file"

anyone can help?

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums!

I recommend that you try the following steps:

1. Repair Nitro via the Control Panel > Programs and Features
2. Open ‘NitroPDFSupportTools.exe’ from ‘C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro 11’
3. In the Support Tools dialog, select the PDF Creation tab. 
4. Make sure that all the Add-Ins are selected and click the 'Update Add-Ins' button

Try to convert again and if the issue persists, kindly submit a support ticket here so I can assist you further.

Hello Kelvin and thanks for the quick reply, I just did windows update and it looks like the problem was resolved.
