FankC 0 Report post Posted June 10, 2018 I received the notice, email, to upgrade to Nitro 12. Click on the upgrade 12 in the email. I had to my serial number. And I get an error message that you can not validate serial number. What's the Deal? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
