When I try to access Nitro Pro 12, I get a green pop up screen that says "Start working smarter with PDFs. I have to click again on Nitro Pro 12 to get it to activate, but the splash screen pops up on top of Nitro Pro 12 and if I click on "x" to close the pop up screen, it closes the program itself. How do I get rid of the pop up screen and just use Nitro Pro 12? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The pop-up screen should have its own 'x' option to close itself and not the program. Please try to reboot your machine and try to open Nitro Pro 12 again.
