John Whetsel 0 Report post Posted June 12, 2018 I just upgraded to Nitro Pro 12. When I try to access Nitro Pro 12, I get a green pop up screen that says "Start working smarter with PDFs. I have to click again on Nitro Pro 12 to get it to activate, but the splash screen pops up on top of Nitro Pro 12 and if I click on "x" to close the pop up screen, it closes the program itself. How do I get rid of the pop up screen and just use Nitro Pro 12? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Please try to reboot your machine and try to open Nitro Pro 12 again. If you see another pop-up, kindly hit 'x' to close and proceed with the activation. Please refer to the screenshot below. Cheers.
