I have lodged a support case on 1st June and I have had no response.  I have paid for upgrade to Nitro 12 and I cannot use it.  I am very very upset.

My cleverbridge reference number is 1341xxxxx and my serial number is 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx.

I cannot use the product and I have not received any support as requested.  If you cannot respond to a customer I do not want to be one.  This has been tremendously frustrating for me and my business.  If you do in fact care, then please call me on +61 412 880 609 or email: neville@sdgroupofcompanies.com.au
