I am very very upset. My cleverbridge reference number is 1341xxxxx and my serial number is 234600-xxxxxx-xxxxxx. I cannot use the product and I have not received any support as requested. If you cannot respond to a customer I do not want to be one. This has been tremendously frustrating for me and my business.
