pwig 0 Report post Posted June 13, 2018 No add in showing in any of my office 365 ie outlook 2016 programs. when I try to update the add- in in NItro I get this message "unable to update Microsft word add-in" same for the rest of the office products. I am using the trail version. I have an older version of Nitro on an old computer, I was planning on buying but will not if I cant get this working Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
