She works at two locations, one has the laptop, the other has the desktop, but she uses the same programming at both sites. Some software companies allow you to set it up on both computers. Our records show the user have reached the maximum number of activations which is why she is receiving an error. She installed on her first device last 4/25/2018 with COMPUTER ID: 27312532754174837800 and on her second device last 5/10/2018 with COMPUTER ID: 41573235871191034130. Did she replace any of her devices? Or maybe one system was refreshed? Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. Learn2010 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2018 No, just one. Her computer was refreshed on 3/29/18. The IT person inadvertently installed a trial version for two users. Both had to have the IT Department get them up and running. She was out for a while and recently returned. Trying to use the desktop she found that it has the trial version on it and would not update, saying that number was already in use. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

To fix this issue, I just made an adjustment on her license so she can activate Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate. Cheers!
