Nitro Pro 12 email link not working

Hello,

I pre-purchased a copy of Nitro Pro 12 back in March 2018 and received an email in May from your company but the link to the new software does not work. Could you please help me with this? The reference number that appears on my invoice is 1320xxxx.

You can download your Nitro Pro 12 by accessing this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Before you upgrade to Nitro Pro 12, please remember that this build installs over your existing Nitro Pro so take note of the following:
a. Back-up your stamps/QuickSigns by referring to this article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000001686

b. Your Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) will not be migrated. Refer to this article to recreate them: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/qat/000001989

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your NEW serial number.
