Multiple page scaning

Recommended Posts

I've just read that last posting and it reminds me when I first used Nitro and the very useful and freely given help that was available from the 'team'.  It was that level of service and involvement that has kept me coming back for the various new versions sold by Nitro.

However, I fear that the loss of the once freely available assistance and the distinct lack of urgency (or, at least, complete absence of communication) in resolving the problems brought to light by this forum has made me start to search for a replacement product.

Any thoughts?

Hi

I used Nitro for a long time, 8 one. I paid for 12pro version and too for support. Best could be to return to 11 version and to pay back for support and 12 pro version if the team can’t resolve the bug.

That’s the first time the Nitro support can’t fix a bug  quickly.

I am sad and upset, even if Nitro is  probably the best in his category!

Another month goes by and still no resolution, not even a courtesy mail to say the "issue is being investigated and we expect a resolution buy" this shouldn't be a surprise; don't thin this company would know customer service if it bit them on the a**!

Make it work or stop actively marketing and promoting a defective product.

It is very frustrating to see what was once a company with friendly, helpful staff drift into the same category as the monoliths that don't regard customer/client communication as important.  Goodbye Nitro.

I am also having issues (scanning multiple pages) with Nitro Pro 12 and my computer (Windows 10 Pro/Version 1803/OS 17134.228 – 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor/Canon LiDE210/Driver 17.0.5.29/Software 4.03).

Nitro Pro 12 is working fine on another computer running Windows 7 Home Premium/Service Pack 1 32-bit operating system/Canon LiDE210/Driver 17.0.5.29/Software 4.03.

Have downgraded to Nitro Pro 11 (11.0.8.470) on my Windows 10 computer and multiple page scanning is working.

I find it amazing that this issue has been ongoing for at least a couple of months and there has been no resolution (even with an update released Aug.8/2018).

For what it is worth, submitted "Report a Problem/Report a bug to the Nitro Pro development team".

In Nitro Pro 12, I find that when I attempt to create a multipage document from a scanner, only the last page scanned is saved. The program has an option "Scan Another Page," which, in Version 11, would save the previous pages and allow the creation of one document with multiple pages. When I choose this option in Version 12, only the last page scanned is retained.

I have the same problem. I have just moved from version Nitro 10 to 12. I have Windows 10 64-bit latest version 1809, scanner Canon MX925. The problem exists only in version Nitro 12. It works correct with version Nitro 10. And this is a problem since June 2018. When do you think the problem is resolved? Under these circumstances, I must resign from the purchase.

After installing the update from the link from AllainU the problem is partially solved. Scanning works as it should. However, the menu of Nitro Pro 12 is now English. I would like to have it in german.

AllainU, thank you very much. The problem is solved. I'm just wondering why that was not done with an automatic update.

Hello @hanfi4614m,

I am glad it is now fixed by updating to 12.4.

Please note that Nitro Pro doesn't have automatic updates and because of this, we highly recommend always visiting this page to check for updates from time to time:
