Nitro Pro 11 has reverted to Trial mode when updating to 12 (and windows update)

Hello,

Well, the title says it all. There's been an update and my Nitro Pro (11 to 12 + windows update) has reverted to Trial mode, I can't activate my product anymore since it's a new version (12). Could you please help me with that?
