WWC_Moses 0 Report post Posted June 15, 2018 When I got to install Nitro on a new computer after a re-image, I enter the product key and the program tells me the key does not exist. Yet when I go to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal it recognizes it there. How can I get my product activated? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
