Please access our Upgrade Portal and enter your Nitro Pro 11 serial number to get your free upgrade: https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade Note that payment information are needed in case you want to purchase additional item such as a Back-up CD. But no worries, you won't be charged since this is a free upgrade. If you already have installed Nitro Pro 12 on your machine, just activate using the new serial number that will sent to your email. But if you still have Nitro Pro 11, uninstall it from your computer then reboot the machine. Once done, reinstall Nitro Pro 12 and activate using the new serial number.
