Which specific build of Nitro are you using? This can be found by opening Nitro > Help > About Nitro Pro. It will look something like 11.x.x.x If you are using version 11 or 12, I recommend updating to the latest build: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads I hope this helps.
