We have licence but when i fill the blanks with our licance number its not accepting our licence number and error message box show as : "Please enter a valid serial number."

What we can do in this situation?

Hello,
Our user is using Nitro-pro8_x64.then our user quit his job and software must be install in new users pc.we formatted old user's pc before we deactive old users licance( but we didint deactive licance).
when we install the software for new user's pc ou licanse number did not accept. Message box shows us""Please enter a valid serial number."
What should we do in this situation?
We are waiting for your respond ASAP.
