Posted June 21, 2018 Author Report Share Posted June 21, 2018 Hello, Our user is using Nitro-pro8_x64.then our user quit his job and software must be install in new users pc.we formatted old user's pc before we deactive old users licance( but we didint deactive licance). when we install the software for new user's pc ou licanse number did not accept. Message box shows us""Please enter a valid serial number." What should we do in this situation? We are waiting for your respond ASAP. Thanks for your interest.
