Pages sequencing after conversion from Word to PDF

Why is it that whenever I convert a multi-page document from Word to PDF,  the top Page goes to the bottom and the bottom page goes to the top?  It is very annoying and I cannot find a way to reorganize them.  For this reason I purchased Nitro Pro 12 today with the hope that the problem will be solved but it is still the same thing.  I need urgent help otherwise I may have to request for a refund.

You can re-arrange the pages by opening the sidebar icon with the page on it and then dragging and dropping the pages into the order you want.
