UMeffert 0 Report post Posted June 22, 2018 Hi, I'm currently running Nitro Pro 12.0.0.108 and every time I try to open or scroll down a document created in Adobe Illustrator Nitro either freezes completely on load or takes minutes to open a 500kb file and stutters horribly when I try to scroll. I've tested the two pdf files that reliably exhibit this problem and work perfectly fine on Adobe DC and Kodi, I've also tried opening the files on my laptop which runs Nitro Pro 11 and while it doesn't crash and loads them quickly attempting to scroll or zoom causes Nitro to either freeze completely or will slow it down so dramatically that it takes almost a minute before content refreshes.
