Unable to switch to new computer

Hi - I've a legit license for Nitro Pro 10, and cannot for the life of my find out how to deactivate all previous sequential installations (on laptops that have died) and activate on my new desktop machine. Have tried through all the suggested routes, and nothing works. And no way of contacting support, despite having spent over £130 on this software in Oct 2017. Grateful any help.
