Nitro Pro 12 Activation

When I went to https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade, I was able to successfully upgrade one of my two serial numbers for Nitro Pro 11, but the second key give me this error.

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

I and have Nitro Pro 12 and have received the Cleverbridge # and the Nitro Activation code.  Though when I try to active with the license code it states it is invalid.  Nitro tech support please help.
