olofflam@mweb.co.za 0 Report post Posted June 26, 2018 I issues with windows 8.1 and now when I try to access my Nitro Pro 8 I get a message "The service does not have sufficient privileges. I need to let you know that we no longer support Nitro Pro 8. It has been discontinued as documented in our Sunset Policy: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy If you would like to trial our latest product, Nitro Pro 12, you can download it from here: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try It will run as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if you choose not to purchase it, you can still use it as a pdf reader. Alternatively, if you prefer to keep using Nitro Pro 8, I recommend that you download the appropriate version from here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000001632 If you are not sure which to pick, this will help: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/32/000001874 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and enter your serial number.
