Bills 1 Report post Posted June 26, 2018 I purchased Nitro Pro 11 in May and at that time I purchased the Software Assurance w/ One Year Premium Support & Upgrades. I noticed that version 12 was released, so I downloaded and installed it on my system. This put the software back in Trial Mode. I have tried to activate the version 12 installation, but when I do I get an error message that states " You Have attempted to activate Nitro Pro with a serial number form another version. You can only activate this version of Nitro Pro with its matching serial number.". Can someone let me know how to go about getting the new serial number for activating the new version?
