Nitro 12 (paid) wont install on PC, trail wont instll on laptop

Hi, 2 issues Nitro 12 (paid in May) wont install on my PC, it will download, (done this many times) but it wont progress to the installation phase. Nitro 10 is running OK.

Also downloaded (many times also) a trail but it would not in install on laptop either. Tried from both Berlin and Sydney

Both machines running on Win 10. Regards Paul

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. 

Please use our official downloads page to install Nitro Pro 12:

Also, when you are doing a reinstall, before you download a new installer, it is important that you delete all Nitro Pro installers in your Downloads folder because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers you download in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installed in that folder, and may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the new one.

Use this installer for both your machines and let me know how it goes.
