mistertee 0 Report post Posted June 27, 2018 Hello, I purchased software assurance with V11 with the understanding that this would allow me to upgrade to V12 at no additional cost. Earlier today I sent a support request but received an automated reply stating that because I do not have "VIP access" I would need to work my issue through the forum. Really?
