jrmama42 0 Report post Posted June 27, 2018 I installed Nitro Pro 11 on my Dell Inspiron laptop (at least I remember installing it and using it for a while...). Recently I went to use it and it came up as "expired trial". I found the activation email, tried to enter the SN and activate, and it gave me a -23 Error: License Number Already Used Any suggestions on how to get the license to activate?
