I am trying to create a new signature with quicksign and am given the following options: handwritten, from file, draw or webcam. I need to use the webcam for this signature but the top preview window isn't there, no outline, no white box like the bottom window or anything. If I click on the capture button it just changes to Retry and doesn't capture an image. I know the webcam is working because I can open it from the program and have used it on other pc's. It works just fine on the computers that are running earlier versions than 11. Can anyone help with this? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
